Yoga is a way of life, a union of body, mind and breath, and surprisingly accessible. Join Ann Rinderer of Ahimsa Yoga Studio for a free, weekly yoga class specially designed for ages 55 and up. In this class, build a deeper understanding of yourself through practicing body movements, mediation and breath work. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
Yoga instructor Ann will be on 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
