Stretch, dance, and get movin’! This 30-minute class will combine gentle yoga, simple dance moves, and some creative movement exercises to get your child up and moving. Kids will work on increasing flexibility, balance, strength, and getting their heart rates up while being a little bit silly and creative, too! Best for ages 3-10, or for anyone who knows moving and grooving is a great way to de-stress and re-focus.
