surprisingly accessible. Join Ann Rinderer of Ahimsa Yoga Studio for a free biweekly
yoga class specially designed for ages 55 and up. In this class, we will build a
deeper understanding of ourselves through practicing body movements, meditation
and breath work. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. First-time
attendees will need to fill out a waiver upon arrival. R.
