The Caregiver Grief Support Group will give participants the opportunity to share issues and concerns, and to provide and receive emotional support from others experiencing similar challenges. Groups are facilitated by a Caregiver Specialist from Aging Care Connections of La Grange. Individuals will be contacted by telephone prior to program date.
